WTB: 4+ Core CPU/Motherboard/Memory Combo

Building up a new Home Server. Looking for a combo:

AMD/Intel: 4+ Core (No Atom BS), should include near stock HSF solution. Don't need some massive HSF that retails for $80 bucks because it won't ever be OC'd.
Board for above: mATX maximum, needs to have 4 sata prefer 6Gbps ports but guess I could live with 3Gbps
Memory for above: 8gb

I got an old A8-3800 cpu with a Sapphire board if you are interested. No heatsink though.
 
I have an ASRock MB ATX size, FX8150, think I have the OEM heatsink, but it was louder, so I do have an aftermarket cooler which is super quiet.
Also have 4x 4gb DDR3 or 2x 2gb

I have an Asrock A75M-ITX with AMD A8-3870K with stock HSF. (No memory). PM if interested. The onboard sound was giving me grief but if it's for just server use it should work fine. Never had an issue apart from the sound.
