EFF To Courts: Warner Bros. DMCA Abuse Records Should be Unsealed

What are the odds of the courts siding with the EFF on this case? I'm not saying the courts won't unseal the records but the justice system has a tendency to side with the big studios.

When Hotfile settled with the MPAA last year, the file-hosting service also agreed to drop its DMCA abuse case against Warner Bros, keeping crucial records hidden from the public. The EFF doesn't believe the movie studio should get off the hook that easily, so has asked a federal court in Florida to unseal the applicable court records.
