C|Net has published a list of Tech Turkeys of 2013 . The list has some pretty big tech turkeys on it but I feel like stuff is missing. What do you think should have been on the list?

What better appetizer for your Thanksgiving feast than a healthy serving of this year's blunders and embarrassments in technology?

OUYA isn't a failure.
It isn't as big as the Android community had hoped, it has its nitch.
The only thing the OUYA failed at is it was supposed to be a hackable console, but has a locked boot loader. XDA users aren't exactly thrilled with that "broken promise."
The controller could be better, but its along the lines of most other average third party controllers.

By that same logic other things shouldn't be on the list either then.

However you are also over looking them fucking over people that backed them.
