If anyone was wondering where Steve Ballmer has been lately, he’s been shipped off to Germany to be the face of Microsoft at the opening of a new Innovation Facility.

This, unfortunately German innovation won't be tapped here. It is the nimrods in Redmond whose ideas are at the forefront of Microsoft's downward spiral.
