If the contents of your hard drive is anything like mine, this game would be a hilariously bad idea. A never ending maze of porn files probably wouldn't be too fun to play. Wait a second...this is the greatest game EVAR! :D

Oh no... I went into the windows system32 castle and this giant multi-headed hydra kills me every time.. So I looked up a cheat and deleted all of the .dll extension files and now my computer doesn't run right. What do I do?

I am expecting this post in record time on their forums if the game makes it.

lol that would be funny... My grandmother once formatted her c: drive... To this day I have no clue how she did it from within windows... She told me she wondered why it asked her if she was sure she wanted to do this... multiple times... she thought to herself.. ."yes I am sure I want to close solitaire" lol.

If anyone had this game use their NAS, it would probably the longest most epic game ever.

I guess different drives would have to be different worlds or kingdoms?

There's an old, early Windows game called Inner Space

You are confused sir :D

This is either brilliant, or the grandest hack/virus of all time.

I'm curious what the levels would look like if you had pr0n on your Harddrive ?

This would be ultra boring to me, I religiously label and organize everything in my hard drives, this would just seem like some giant 100% structured thing to me

There's an old, early Windows game called Inner Space from a company called Software Dynamics that played like a version of asteroids with RPG elements and the asteroids were real files in your computer.

I clicked through specifically to ensure that Inner Space got its due. The directory structure of your computer acted as a world map of sorts and file types helped dictate what sort of level they were (iirc). Great game.

Probably about the same as if you had any other large collection of movies/videos on your PC.

In other words, if .mp4 = Troll enemy, then it shouldn't matter if your folder full of .mp4's is porn or if it is children's cartoons.

Interesting idea, i'm in. Would love to turn it loose on my fileserver, see what I get.
whee, 13 levels deep on one share.

When do we get the new shinny awesome RPG with uber FX and detail.... as we play we unwittingly help the NSA hack China break user passwords etc, doing vast harm and evil just for a few paltry upgrades and t2 armor.

If I set this game loose at my My Documents folder, the game is going to be endless. Lol.

There are folders and files there dating back to when I had Windows 98 SE! It's a hodge-podge of files and folders that I have organized into my own little system.

Just wait until it finds a pst file...
