U.S. regulators warned twenty four internet search companies, including Google, Bing and Yahoo, to better identify paid ads in search results.

The U.S. Federal Trade Commission said on Tuesday it had sent letters to 24 Internet search companies, including giants Google, Microsoft Corp and Yahoo Inc, updating its guidance on advertising practices. The FTC's update to its 2002 guidance on search advertising practices comes as consumers are increasingly accessing the Internet on small-screened smartphones and using specialized apps and social media services to find information online.

Google's are at least highlighted usually, but Bing you cant tell one way or the other which links are sponsored and which aren't.

I'd rather deal with Bings "hidden" search results then deal with Googles no more porn in your search policy. I still use Google for some things, but Bing over all provides pretty much the same results...plus did I mention that Bing hasn't restricted porn searches? Dumbass Google.
