I just realized something..people often scoff at the usual joking notion of robots taking over and killing us off or enslaving us.. but what we don't think about is the terrorists and evil hackers in the world who will reprogram our friendly pet or military soldier robots, to be ruthless killers... some scary shit..

you are actually more worried about "terrorist...hackers" than government using these against us?
 
most "terrorist" hackers have been government sponsored:
a. china views US as terrorist hackers
b. us views china as terrorist hackers
c. iran vies US as terrorist hackers
d. US views anon as terrorist hackers
e. world views anon as heroes or rebel scum
f. terrorists have 10 year old pcs on dialup or satellite
g. most hobby hackers/scammers are scum scamming people or banks

thats about it. almost all severe hacking is internal people leaking info, government vs government, rebels vs government, or scammers vs people.
