I commented that Intel had eventually made VT-x ubiquitous in LGA775 with the second-generation Celeron DC E3xxx a few years back - apparently, Intel intends to do the same thing with Extended Processor Table (EPT)/Second-Level Address Translation (SLAT) support (basically, the successor to VT-x as far as basic virtualization support, and a requirement for Hyper-V in Windows 8 itself). Lo and behold, the new floor of LGA1155 - the Celeron G1610.

While not supporting as many features as the Celeron G550, it shares two features that are normally not seen in low-end CPUs - VT-x with EPT and HD Graphics support (although the G550 is slightly faster in this area than the G1610).
Has anyone gotten some of this surprisingly-healthy Celery?
