More LulzSec Members Plead Guilty

I think these LulzSec guys have set some kind of record. They went from bragging about DDoS attacks against the CIA to getting busted immediately and pleading guilty...all in record time. I am sure it was totally worth it though. :rolleyes:

Jake Davis, 20, and 18-year-old Mustafa Al-Bassam, who can be named for the first time today, both pleaded guilty to blocking access to websites belonging to the two agencies, as well as Sony, News International and the anti-gay Westboro Baptist Church. They also admitted hacking into the systems of Sony, Twentieth Century Fox and a US police force in bids to steal data and redirect visitors to spoof sites.

I don't think blocking Westboro Baptist should be on a list of charges. They really were doing the world a favor there, no matter what your religious belief is, lol.

Also good job with Westboro...I think if I lived closer I would literally blow their church up. Watch the Louis Theroux documentary on YouTube...these people are A LOT further out there than just hating gay people. It's so sad...so delusional!
 
Guaranteed they pled out for a deal after providing information on their buddies.

They would have gotten away with it if they only stuck to Westboro. I think it's the agencies that got them in hot water.

They probably plea bargained instead. When the evidence is overwhelmingly against you in the preliminary hearings, you can guarantee that people are more likely to plea bargain. If they only had 1 evidence that somehow implicate them, fight that shit. 90% of cases are done through plea bargaining.
 
Maybe it is just the angle or moment of the photo but the person pictured in the article looks like he is short three cylinders in a four cylinder engine...

Let's get on thing straight. The Westborough Baptist Church is a group of left wing crazies, not right win. It is a very common misconception that they are on the right. They are not. They are leftist lunatics.

If the government didn't take my money, give it to the military and in return piss it on useless missions/etc. - then I would root for the gov.

If the radiation and blast damage could be confined only to WBC, I'd be with you on this. However, physics doesn't work that way, and short of an act of divine intervention, it would cause too much harm to other people and innocent wildlife that has nothing to do with their hate-mongering. I'd much prefer WBC to be busted for dealing in kiddie porn or something else that would put them away for a very long time.
