All 2GB versions.

The Powercolor uses a dual copper heatpipe cooler while the XFX uses a recycled Intel OEM cooler. The Powercolor has three digital outs while the XFX has five, including 2 DVI.
 
I'm never buying an XFX single fan card again after the XFX 6870 single fan. It sounded like a jet engine.

And for those of you who say "lol just use a new fan curve". No. I shouldn't have to modify a card's default settings to get it to run nicely. That's the manufacturer's responsibility. I never had a loud fan with Sapphire's single fan solutions (haven't used much else) or even XFX's dual fan solution.
 
I ordered the XFX 7850 last weekend. Just a warning, there is a foreign transaction charge, mine was $5.40.
