Well its been almost 2 years since my last mod was completed. It is time to build something new.

This build is currently sponsored by Azzatek. They make awesome computer cases and power supplies. You can find them over at www.azzatek.com.

Enermax is providing 20 of the new white LED fans that have built in controllers on the lights on the fan to change the look of fan. The make awesome power supplies , case fans and computer cases. You can find them at www.enermaxusa.com.

Just confirmed Adata will be sponsoring the build with 2 of their top of the line 128GB SSD's. You can find more information about Adata here. http://www.adata-group.com/index_US.html They make great SSD's , Ram , thumbdrives and much more. The SSD's will also be custom white and/or nickel trim as well.

Here is my current setup http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JiTSa2ktoYo&list=UUYBxPCnM13zEWgNbixq84jA&index=1

The specs of the computer so far will be.

Gigabyte Z77 motherboard. With Intel's 3770K. Don't know which one yet. If Haswell comes out by the end of april I plan on going to that.

16GB of Avexir ram with white leds seen here. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-eZpQ_D1FC0 I will also be attempting to nickel plate the outer part of this ram.

Video cards will be 2 MSI 7970 Lightnings. I am attempting to make custom white/nickel backplates and also custom nickel tops for the EK waterblocks I have. I might be moving to 3 Lightnings sometime in April to help push the 3 Asus VG248QE 144Hz 1ms screens in Eyefinity I am using.

For watercooling I will be using XSPC AX480-SL and XSPC AX 240-SL rads. They will have a white frame and I am also going to attempt to nickel plate the fin part of the rads if possible. I still have to go down to Art Brass in Seattle with the rad once its here to see if it is possible. For the CPU block I will be using Koolance's CPU-370 block which will match my theme. All the watercooling lines will be hard polished copper 12mm from McMasters and it will also be Nickel plated. I will be using Bitspower Multi-Link fittings for all the hard line connections. I will also try to be running 2 loops if possible. I will be using Bitspower chrome mod tops for both of the D5 pumps I will be running.

All the sleeving is going to MDPC white with a light traces of blue. Mainly white though.

The whole theme of the computer will be mainly white with extensive chrome/Nickel plating.

The front of the computer is going to be a bubble wall like this. http://www.youtube.com/my_videos_edit?video_id=K3O8sVsA6g0&ns=1 or like this ( this one has a mirror behind it... cant decide if I am going to have it see thru yet or a mirror behind it to look like there are more bubbles ) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=34ggeG0dcPY&feature=youtu.be

Here are a few preview pics of the progress so far.

Update time

Broke the 7990 waterblock that I changed the screws on. Thank god I have 2. Bad news is I won't be running 2 7990's at this event. Will be fixed before PAX.

OOPS

Piping complete... Leak tested the past 24hrs without any issues.

Testing out new led lights

pipe goes into chrome shop tomorrow and be done by Wed .. install OS and fire this baby up on Wed night and download everything by Thurs... Leaving Seattle on Thurs around 2pm to NRP BBQ

Hopefully I have no bumps on the way...

Crosses fingers.... LOL

Question: Why cool the ram. DDR3 is pretty cool as it is, and you still have a decent amount of airflow going over it. Why add the extra noise?

Just for looks :)

The cooler is chrome like the rest of the stuff inside.... Still haven't decided if I am keeping it or not...

The Ram is blue led tactical tracer memory

This is what I have done so far. Its the first case in the video.

Top 5 case mod at PDXLAN a couple weeks ago...

I did not get first. ( Throne won which is the 2nd case in the video) I wasn't even done when I showed up. I worked on it all night Friday and all day Saturday.

Updating some pictures of where I am at so far. Still have some little odds and ends to finish up including making a custom window with some chrome accents on it.

oh damn
this is very good looking!
did you get the copper tubing professionally chromed?
nice vision and execution

seen this in person at PDXLAN. i think he won a mod contest? or placed at least.

The white and shiny chrome reminds me of how bathrooms in heaven will be. LOL. Kidding aside, great work so far.

Just a little update. I got a delivery today from Enermax. They are freakin awesome and sent me these.

Here is a video of them in action. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uZ9DvWQQ9Mg

These will be installed before PDXLAN in a couple weeks. Also working on the lighting for the front etched panel and the side panel.

Gotta figure out how to change all 16 of them off of one switch :-/

^ Nice job. Really liked the paint job on peripherals.

Thank you :)
