Opera Eyes Speedier Mobile Web with Skyfire Acquisition

Opera has announced the company has acquired Skyfire Labs, maker of a Flash video App and most importantly, the Rocket Optimizer software, which will provide Opera with a 60% boost in capacity.

Skyfire adds capabilities to our portfolio around video, app optimization, smartphones and tablets, and strength in North America.

Lulz...Does anyone even use Opera, especially on the mobile side? I see news about them pop up now and then, but I don't see how they have much user base after the big three: Chrome, FireFox, and IE...Kinda like the US automakers..
