When it comes to performance, Gigabyte's Z77X-UP4 TH offers best in class performance within it's price point of roughly $185.00. The Z77X-UP4 TH features not only beat but exceeds that of motherboards in the $200~$300 dollar range. One feature that really stands out is the new dual Thunderbolt ports which are capable of connecting up to 12 compatible devices and 3 displays at the same time, and can transfer 1TB of data in 5 minutes.
I'm actually about to buy this board. I'm switching from Macs to PCs and that means I need a board that will allow me to use my 27" Cinema Display and there aren't very many options with thunderbolt ports. Anyway, thanks for the review link.
