Question #1: Are these temps inline with what "should be" for an air OC? Using a Thermalright HR-02 Macho in "Push" config, Thermalright 140mm fan set to bios 'auto'

Vcore @ 1.168v

Question #2: Is HWMonitor accurate? I see a somewhat disconcerting spread of temps there.

Notables: I've got the front side of the case open to the air, so air flow is not a problem. Ambient is roughly 78F. Located in Dallas, Texas.

Mainboard: Asrock Z77 Extreme4
Case: Thermalright Element

Edit: Using Artic Silver paste

Looks like an Ivy with crappy intel TIM. Unless you delid it, that's about the best your gonna get.

Ok. Just wanting to make sure.

I know IBs run hot, it reminds me of my AXP Palomino overclocking days:rolleyes:

HWmonitor isn't a reliable source of measuring temps. Download core temps as that's your best bet.
