ArenaNet wants to be one of the first to welcome you to a Tyrian Halloween this year with the company’s first content update. The Halloween themed update for Guild Wars 2 will be available for PC on October 23rd.

I remember them doing this in Guild Wars 1 and it was pretty cool (im sure other MMO's do this as well, but Guild Wars is the closet I ever got to playing a MMO). They also did a Christmas theme if I remember correctly.

yup, christmas, chinese new year, halloween & I cant remember the others... been a couple years since i logged in & played
