That PSU is fine. Look at all the open space in that grill. The top of the cut out may be a bit full, but the bottom more that off sets that. Stop nit picking and appreciate the mod for it's originality and beauty.
 
Wow, that's pretty nuts!

What is the purpose of the fan at the top, on the back, above the PSU, near the reservoir?
 
sorry, I don't intend this as a troll, but why did you watercool a Celeron?

Also, why would you use a 4870 in such a nice case mod? This is 2012.
