If you are planning on building an uber-tiny mini-ITX rig, the Antec ISK110 VESA case might be something you are interested in.

The Antec ISK110 VESA is a tiny case for Mini-ITX motherboards, targeted to users who want a small computer that won't take up any space on their desktop. In fact, the ISK110 VESA can be attached to the back of your video monitor, so it won't take up any space on your workspace and it will also be hidden from view.

I've built a couple HTPCs with these and have been pleased with them. The misalignment of the motherboard and backplate issue that plagued the previous version of this has been fixed. Mounted on the back of a 37" LED LCD, a G530 under typical load (streaming 1080p HD video) ran at 55C, which was nearly 60 degrees above ambient. So you might want to be careful if you're mounting it behind a warmer non-LED LCD or using a warmer CPU. Other than that minor caveat, they work great!
