Dell U3011 Refresh ETA?

I've looked and I cant find any information, maybe there isn't any, on when the new Dell 3011 will be coming out. Wanted to see if anyone else has had any luck or could provide me with some insight.

I'm looking to buy two of these, so I don't want to buy ones that will be out of date in 3 months. Thanks all.
 
While this isn't a great answer, we do know the U2711 is getting a refresh very soon --- the U2713. So I'm guessing the U3013 must not be too far off?
 
That's what I've been reading. And the recent sales on the U3011 on NewEgg and Amazon
 
Dell usually release their monitors towards the end of summer or early autumn (fall). I would expect this between August and October.
 
I doubt they'll be a 16:10 replacement for the U3011. I imagine the U2412M, U3011, S24A850DW and ZR2440w will be some of the last 16:10 monitors to be made.

there will always be a small number of 16:10 monitors to rip off people that need a decent work setup

would love to have Dell 30" LED monitor at reasonable price. I pray they must have pivot, so I can make 3 monitors for nvidia surrounds in portrait mode.
 
found on another site, old release schedule for Dell's 30" monitors.
3007WFP-HC: released January 2006.
>then 2 years later..
3008WFP: released January 2008.
>then 2 years and 9 months later..
U3011: released October 2010.
so, estimated average is approx 2.375 year cycle; therefore, U3013 -releasing March/April 2013 (hope this trend is wrong lol).
i want a glossy, led backlit, latest dvi/hdmi port, thin bezel, high color bit/processing,
fast response native mode, awesome adjustable stand refresh asap.
something like Sony's minimalistic monolithic design would be cool.

Don't worry or look too much into this 'trend'. The refresh rate of the UltraSharp series and range of models available has gone up in recent years and I think we will see a full refresh by autumn. Hopefully. :p

bump any new news, especially with the 27" being released? The u3011 is on sale, so maybe they are clearing out inventory
 
They've been doing BIG discounts on the U3011 for a few months on and off, 30% off retail so the sale is nothing too new.
