Rogue_Apprentice,

All of the promo codes should work now. I just tested all of them again. If you have any other issues, let me know. Thank you.

Pretty bad reviews on that 16 GB USB drive. :(

Nice to see the price drop on the 7970. :) Now how about 670/680 deals? ;) Oh, and 3rd gen i5 or i7 "K" chips. :D

$446 shipped on a 7970 with a possible $20 mail in rebate?! Now thats a very nice price right there on a boat load of GPU performance.

I think the GTX670 for $400 (pending availability) is a better deal.

Could be. The 7970 is still faster especially when overclocked but its up to you if that difference is worth an extra $50. If Im gonna drop $400 on a video card, might as well cough up another $50 for a 7970.

You can't really compare the OC speed of one card w/ the stock speed of another card. The 670 can be OC'd too.

Also, while the performance is comparable between the 2, one thing the 670 blows away the 7970 is power efficiency. That to me is more impressive than the actual performance.

With both overclocked the 7970 is still faster and I don't care about energy efficiency. But whatever. I didn't want this to be a GTX670 vs 7970 thread, I was just saying that is a very nice price on a 7970.

That's fine that's what you think, but my opinion mirrors this. Anyway, 7970s will continue to drop once GTX 670/680 supply stabilizes. Until then 7970 prices will fluctuate, and currently, yes, $426.xx is better than $450'ish I saw them go for a couple weeks ago and $480 my link mentions.
