Intel announced today that it has increased its quarterly dividend by 7%. This is the company's third dividend increase in the last eighteen months.

Intel Corporation today announced that its board of directors has approved a 7 percent increase in the quarterly cash dividend to 22.5 cents per share (90 cents per share on an annual basis), beginning with the dividend that will be declared in the third quarter of 2012.

Intel on a big push to become a fund staple... I don't blame them. They have made tremendous progress over the last 5 years or so.
