need suggestions for a great top of line gaming monitor

I'm in the market for a new monitor to complete my setup and it will be used primarily for gaming...I was about to pull the trigger on a 30 inch 2560x1600 but have seen in numerous places that they aren't good for gaming...price doesn't matter and I want something that will take full use of a gtx 590 / I7-3960x

Don't really plan on 3d gaming much if at all...the one you linked says its not too great for 3d and has noticeable input lag

The only current 120hz displays with input lag are the Acer HN and GD models. Only PRAD.de is measuring input lag properly currently so I don't have a "Legit," source for the HN's input lag, but 3D vision blog and a few [H] users who owned both the Acer HN274 and the lag free Samsungs all agree there is a delay which will probably be around 18ms like the Acer GD. The Acer HN274 sucks any ways so the input lag is irrelevant.
