Big Internal Shakeup At Facebook

According to AllThingsD, some people at Facebook are getting liked, some are getting poked, while others are being unfriended.

Facebook has done a major corporate reorganization in an effort to be more nimble, sources said. The new structure integrates design, product and engineering teams around key product areas such as privacy and communication. A memo about the reorg was sent out at the company today. A representative for Facebook declined to comment.

In other words, all the hot female interns that weren't amenable to being "nimble" for Mr. Z were shitcanned.

Were there any Cxx changes in the last 6 months? Big companies do this every time a new big wig comes into play so they can feel like they're leaving a mark and doing things "their" way. Having worked for very large companies in the past it's been the same thing. Every. Single. Time.
