trying to get rid of inventory? maybe?

Edit: Kudos to Directron for being honest about combo and not coming up with some BS. +1 in my book for that.

Yeah it's partially to get rid of stock.

However:
The 2600k has a integrated graphics hub in it just like the lower end processors, so the ports all work. Also note that you can change the processor on the combo via option for a lower end one if you want. Additionally, as I see it the upgrade would really be a move to Z68 and that's a few bucks more. The board in this combo is at $112 or so right now.

well, P67 is an upgrade in the sense you can overclock the 2600K with a P67 but you can't with a H67 and the K CPUs are meant to be overclocked :)

That is correct but if you have an H67 with no discrete GPU, the 2600k has Intel HD Graphics 3000, whereas the 2600 non k only has Intel HD Graphics 2000. Just something to think about

cheers

I love the open-air approach to that Antec case. Really hope more like it come out

Unfortunately some 5-year-old went at it with a crayon

The Patriot Flash drive may technically be USB 3.0, but it's no faster than many USB 2.0 drives - and you can get it cheaper (once shipping is thrown in,) at NewEgg. Directron seems to be slipping in their 'deals' recently.

Pelo - We've been joking internally about doing a promo with that case and the raidmax one for a bulldozer promo but thought it would be a bit much.

CharonPDX - Eh, we've had deals requested for this one before. There are faster ones but most are fairly more expensive and as a 32GB drive goes it's not bad. We changed the deal up a bit to make it a bit more aggressive and made it per each you buy. Depending on location it's going to be cheaper than egg on multiples that way. We're in Texas and if you are on either end of the country shipping is going to kind of suck since we don't have warehouses outside of Texas.

Your customer service is ignoring me, please respond to my calls or emails regarding RMA 30780
