Facebook to Remove Discussions Tab from Pages

Facebook has seen the writing on the wall and has reacted to increase the writing on the wall. Facebook began notifying administrators that the Discussions Tab will be disabled and removed from Pages on October 31st. Use the wall, Luke, use the wall :D.

It looks like their goal is to make facebook as much like you tube as possible.
 
Looking at Battlefield 3's page, there's probably more useful post in its discussion section. Its wall is just full of random rants and spam being post every minute. Hardly a place for conversation.

This kind of describes facebook in general. "OMG, my peanut butter wouldn't stay on my toast this morning because it was too hot!" and the like are really just random rants without much discussion and the majority of posts being spam.

That being said with the discussion tab gone; it seems that facebooks most useful feature is gone.
