IBM model m (RJ45) wiring to PS2?

I have an old IBM Model M with the RJ45 style wiring... it used to hook up to an old IBM server from the very early 90's.

I would very much like to either replace the cable or make an adapter to go to ps2.

A quick google search didn't turn anything useful up so I was wondering if anybody here has done the converions before.

It's actually PS2 with an RJ45 style breakout if I remember correctly, but I haven't owned one in years.

SOME IBM M2s are easy to convert. These M's aren't.

The Model M's with the RJ45 use a different protocol so it's not as simple as an adapter.
