The crew at Overclockers Club has posted a review of the Gigabyte G1.Assassin motherboard today. If you need an XL-ATX motherboard that has a chipset cooler that looks like an ammo clip from an assault rifle, the G1.Assassin is right up your alley.

Well, it's easy to say that Gigabyte showed up to the fight with this board. Beyond now industry standard features and high quality reference components, the G1.Assassin heaps on two additional cards onto the PCB and ups the size to the gigantic XL-ATX form factor.

They are on sale at microcenter btw... Anyhow you must have a full tower case for this board.

They are semi-automatic carbines, typically. And I would not qualify anything semi-automatic an "assault" rifle anyway.

TRUE full auto AK-47 / M16. Yes.
