FYI for those who find they would pay tax from NewEgg ... the rebate shown is "Channel Wide" which covers many different resellers. I bought my Galaxy 470 from Fry's Electronics store and found a Channel Wide rebate on Tiger Direct that worked.
I was able to find a list of Channel Partners in the past, but I cannot locate it now so YMMV if you go with another vendor.

Would the GTX 570 be a worthwhile upgrade over my 5870? (30% or more improvement) Or should I just continue waiting? Also, how hard are the 570's to OC?
Edit: Nvm, it only has a mini HDMI port, and my 40 foot long HDMI cable to my TV is regular HDMI.
