selling one or both? are you upgrading or just sticking with 1 lesser powerful card?

just wondering because I have a 480 also and kind of want a 580 which uses less power and generates less heat.
 
I assumed these were registered with EVGA and you will assist with any RMA if needed, later on, correct?

the one I am selling was purchased from another member on a forum so its not registered in my name or account or anything
 
NVM not sold the ppl interested in this thing are taking forever to get back to me!
