it seems to me my Asus P8P67 Pro with 1003 BIOS has issue with the A2 and B2 channels.

When i put my Corsair 8G (4Gx2) in the black slot it works fine. However, when i put it in the blue slot. Windows will freeze at ramdom..

This is the memory that I use:

Corsair XMS3 C7 7-8-7-20 2T

Also, I notice the DRAM Voltage is around 1.51 when I set it to 1.65....

Should I set it to auto instead?

Right now I have it set to 1.675v, and i put the memory in the black slot...so far without any problem...
However, will I burn my memory by setting it to 1.675v?

also, how do I read the DRAM Voltage within windows? Asus AI Suite, HWMonitor, AIDA64, CPUz. they don't have an option for you to look at the voltage.

Running 4.7Ghz with 47x and 100FSB, RAM is 7-8-7-20 2T.
Everything else I followed Newegg's P8P67 Pro video here:

Thank you very much!!!

Have a nice day!!

Well, after a night of battle. i found the source of why my computer freeze problem. It was Asus AI Suite II.

Even though it prime stable, but it will freeze just after i let it to idle for as quick as couple minutes.

After removing that program, problem solved.

Right now runing @ 4.7Ghz with 1.34v core, 7-8-7-20 2T 1.65v DRAM, 1600mhz,

Thanks for reading my post....
