EVGA GTX 480 SC (726Mhz Core), purchased on Newegg when released, bought the Hi-Flow Bracket from EVGA official to make it cooler.
It overclocked to 860/2000 easily with 1.06x - 1.07x voltage on stock fan. Can do higher but my room is too hot, so I am not going to bother to test furmark further.
The card is registered with life time warranty, if you have issue with it I can do RMA for you if you want. It is guarantee non-DOA.
I still have original box if you need it
