Can I get some quick help w/ this design?

Only graphics program I can do anything is MS Paint and I suck even at that. Been trying to make a nice clean version of

3 Parallel lines, top and bottom in Black and the center "Heartbeep" in red w/o any black border. It needs to be just a simple line drawing, nothing fancy. It is a tattoo I am thinking about getting. The distance from the top of the heartbeep to the bottom should be about 2 inches, and overall width should be about 8 inches.
It would also be nice if I can get an outline drawing in all black for the tattoo artist to make a transfer from.

Should look into Autocad. It is ridiculously easy to make things like this with Autocad.
