Kingwin LZ-1000 1000W Power Supply Review @ [H]

Kingwin LZ-1000 1000W Power Supply Review - No matter how you look at it, 1 kilowatt, or 1000 watts, it is a lot of power that most computer enthusiasts will never need. Rest assured though, some of us do need all that power and we are generally very picky about that much power gets delivered to our enthusiast computer builds. Kingwin's LZ-1000 is up to that job?

The Kingwin LZ-1000 is another solid product from Kingwin that fits in with what we have seen from previous Kingwin products without really standing out. The LZ-1000 gave us good voltage regulation, a very low noise profile, and good DC Output Quality on the minor rails. The unit did however seem to trail previous Kingwin units based on this design when it came to the 12v rails transient response and DC Output Quality.

Before anybody else wonders (or doesn't) the other switch is for the LED light color.

Got space for two psu's in your case:
PCP 750W dual is reccomended, I'll be impressed if you use 1500watts! the price is less than a 1000 w psu

one can never have enough power.. home improvement grunt springs to mind....

The Silencer 750W isn't anything special nowadays, and you can hardly even find them any more.
