OCZ StealthXStream 700W PS - is it a good one?

It's a mediocre FSP Epsilon which is really a 500W unit because that's about as far as you can load it without ripple on at least one of the rails going out of spec. Not a great PSU, but it'll do the job as long as you don't load it too much.

The Corsair TX750 and PC Power & Cooling Silencer 750W are pretty much the only good PSUs in that wattage range that can often be found for around $100.
