WHS as print server Epson RX580

Hey all, I'm trying to see if running a WHS server is right for me, but I'm worried about my printer. My needs for a WHS are:

-sharing data/movies/music across my network
-printing (Epson RX580)
-scanning (Epson RX580)

Epson's website doesn't currently list an Windows Server OS's as compatable with the RX580 (all-in one). In fact, I'm running Win7 RC, and the Epson scanning SW doesn't even run.

Does anyone have an all-in-one connected to their WHS? Are they still able to scan? Would I have to log into the WHS to scan, then share the results across the network?

As long as the scanner works on 1 machine in the network, you can put the scan on the server and share it anywhere.

As far as particular scanners that are compatable with WHS, I have no idea.
