Dell monitor MPN numbers?

I found some Dell 2007WFPs on the internet but noticed some had different MPN numbers than others. What exactly does the MPN number represent?

ONe i saw was MPN: HF730
another was MPN: 2007W3Y

Anyone know which is better, etc?
