We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.

Hi,
This is something I've always wondered. Sometimes I have to install programs and configure settings on employee laptops who don't have computer or domain admin rights. So I always have to log them out and log on as myself or local machine admin to install things. Is there a way to run programs "as administrator" and put my admin credentials in temporarily? I suppose this could be compared to the sudo command in Ubuntu.

Thanks

Create a shortcut to the executable you wish to run.
Right click the shortcut and get properties.
On the 'Shortcut' tab, click Advanced.
select "run with different credentials".

When you run the shortcut now, it will ask you which user you wish to run it under.
