How do I know if the mobo i buy will fit into the case that I buy?
The just screw in right? So how will I know how far apart the screw holes are in the case and how will I know that te screw holes in the mobo are the same distance part as the screw holes ar in the case so mobo will screw in nicely?

I am geting sorta confused about tis and if anyone could enlighten me I would be greatly appreciative:)

Thank-you.

The screws are in a standard pattern at standard distances apart.

If you are buying a microATX case, you will need a microATX motherboard.

inside the case, you'll see holes like these, the hole distance tells you if your case is ATX/mATX compatible.
of course, you can ask when you go to buy, I'm sure they'll let you know.

Usually the case instruction book (or page) has pretty good information. Usually there are standoffs that the motherboard screws onto rather than just bolting it to the case ;). Each case is different though.

People, this is why the computing industry has standards..so you won't have to ask and wonder if it will fit. If you buy a case that follows one standard and a motherboard of the same standard, it will work.
