How to tell if my Raptor is 16mb cache ver?

I'm thinking of doing a raid setup and getting a second raptor 74GB drive, but I'm not sure if I have the 8mb or 16mb version. I got this drive about a year ago, i tried looking on the drive itself but I can't see any indication, or maybe I'm blind. Anyone know of a util I can use that would tell me or if the 16mb were even out a year ago?
