My drive went kaput and so did a memory module. Sigh... need to build PC so the cheaper the video card the better.

Looking for a few things. I'm willing to pay by PP and, depending on your heat (must be extremely high), MO. If you're a noobie and have NO heat we need to come to some agreement before hand.
Here is my list in order of importance:

I'm looking for an HDCP Video Card. Not looking at either extreme. Don't want a lower end like the x550/x1300, on the ATI side, or the 7600GS on the NV side. I also am not looking for the higher end cards unless they will be sold at a fantastic price. Looking to spend $250ish and under.
I really dont care for flavor but seems like ATI has a slight edge in the HDCP ready cards.
This list will help.
Nvidia:
7900GTX (Some)
These will probably demand a decent amount of $ but if complaint and cheap. Why not?
7950GT A tad pricer than x1950Pro's but nice power as well.
Seems like these may all be hdcp compliant.
7900GT This 7 series is kind of "old" so not too much interest unless REALLY good price.

Abit NF-M2 series, Epox 6100 or Biostar T-Force. (In order of preference).

A stick of DDR2 memory. Don't want generic but don't want to spend a ton either.
