How/What to mod on the ZALMAN Fatal1ty case?

Can you guys give me some suggestions? I want this to be either my main rig or my LAN pc.

Get rid of all the logos with sugar. You're done, it's now the perfect case.

Seriously, I love that thing, but I'm *not* a logowhore.


A red LCD would be nice.

lol omg. At first I thoguht that was just general anti-Fatality sentiment, but the pictures I dug up of that case show that it is covered form head to toe in logos/decals. Wow.

I'd probably do the same thing, it's a ncie case throguh and through, though.

I don't mind it, but scared the sugar will scratch the case, but then It'll look empty lol, where can I print my own decals, like a sign printing shop?

I'm not getting a red panel because I have no use for the panel, now all have to buy is a power supply and motherboard and maybe a fatal1ty vga cooler

Omg the case is SO nice I really don't know what to do with it. Has like everything I'd want or need ! :O

The point of using sugar is that it's hard enough to scrape off the decal but soft enough not to damage the hard paint finish. However, depending on the finish itself there's a small chance it could cause scratching.

Why would you ever want that case? 80mm fans? Unecessarily expensive? No thanks.

yeah i saw that thing in person, 80mm fans, clucky swing door side panel. Although its aluminum its so damn thick it weighs a ton. Id say more than a p180 and almost stacker weight while only being a midtower. Oh and theres the $350 price tag too.

But the logos have been like etched in, so is it still possible to remove? I don't mind them, but If theres a way to get them off easily I'll take it.

Yeah, I thought they were 92mm fans too.

You might also be able to use some fine grit sandpaper like 2000 or something and if it scratches any you could get some rubbing compound. I think that is what people do when they paint a case to make it really shiney, so it should help with minor scratches.

I would take it for free. You just have to ignore the people that don't care about what you are asking but instead just want to take the opportunity to trendily bash anything fatality.

Oh well then, I guess I'll just keep it like it is, maybe will add mods to it in the future, but for now it's perfect, except for all the logos, but who cares, it's a Fatal1ty case, doesn't matter how much crap it has on it, If it bothers me soo much I'll just paint it.

I don't know what kind of LANs your go to, but the ones I got to (usually friends) don't say shit, your case can be a fucking box with duct tape and no one will say shit lol.

If he likes it and got it for free, why would he care what others think?

A total trash case with a miscut 80mm fan blow hole mod holds more respect than anything fatal1ty.

do it yourself mods = the more respect
paying others to do it for you... a premod is gay

and fatal1ty tops them all off. Not only is it a premod, its a premod with e-penis written all over it.

I would never BUY one, but if it was given to me for free, It'd be one HELL of a fun project to totally do over.

If I were you OP, since it IS aluminum, I'd sand off all the anodizing, and re-anodize it with a dark grey graphite colour. But I'm sure that's not... something you're planning on doing .

Anodizing is awesome fun.
