Here was my suicide run at 3.0Ghz. I need 1.65V to get it stable for SuperPi and probably soemthing like 1.68V to get it Prime95 Stable but until I get watercooling, it's not gonna get 1.7V.

I am deciding to run it daily at 2.7Ghz 1.45V

Something that I noticed is that Core 0 always craps out before Core 1. Core 0 can crap out and Core 1 will keep on chugging along all happy crunching numbers.
 
Hot dayum!

My Opty 148 will do 3ghz @ 1.55v but it's too hot for my taste.

X2 3800+ is stock at 2.0Ghz (10x200)

Opteron 165 is stock at 1.8Ghz (9x200)

Yeah, well the 9x multi is good enough for me. my board can do 318mhz but I don't think my chip can handle that high of an overclock, no where near it so 9X is fine for me. :p
 
I'm adding voltage slowly. .025v at a time. I just started a prime 95 test at 280mhzX9=2520mhz. Temps are getting high though, 50C at full load. I wanted to get to 2.6ghz but either temps or one of the cores may stop me. *crosses fingers*
 
very sexxi! i'm trying to hit 2.8-3.0 so i can get my CPU score of 2k on 3dmark06 :p
 
So I am running at 2.7Ghz at 1.45, I am going to try to get the least voltage as possible, that will be my monday night task.
 
My core0 failes before 1 too

mine tops out at 2.6ghz with 1.65v :( its one of the very early manchesters though.
 
I am using the 7/10 divider, so my RAM is running at 210Mhz, DDR420. It is the G.Skill DDR400 with 2.5-3-3-6 timings. They have red heatspreaders.

Are you running 24/7 with 1.65V? If so, I might try and run 24/7 with 1.65V at 2.9Ghz. Are you using air cooling?

My temps should be fine at 1.65V. At 1.623V I was 38C/49C
 
Currently I'm at 2.57ghz, 1.525 volts and 52C. Everything seems stalbe after 15 minutes of prime95, but the temps are getting up there. 52C at 100% right now. I need to rework the fan setup or get one with more CFM cause I want to push this thing to at least 2.6ghz. I wish I had a better core :( (and yes, core 0 always fails prime before core 1)
