Are mini PCI-E netorkcards universal?

I am wanting to get a wireless network card that has Bluetooth to upgrade the one in my PC that doesn't have Bluetooth built in. My laptop only has a single antenna so I might have to rig up another antenna but other than that will most any wireless/Bluetooth card work? There only $4 on e-bay.

Been doing some research on Whitelisting. Seems all I need to do to avoid this is to tape over pin 20 if I run into this issue. Another issue I will have is that my laptop only has a single antenna. Most wireless cards have 2 or 3 antenna connectors. I will just buy a couple antenna on E-Bay and do my best to place them where they will work well.
