As of last night, I notice there is no system sound on my PC. But there is intenret sound. Then tonight, I realize my Microsoft security essential has been disabled, so clearly there is a virus. I downloaded TDSSkiller and it found about 10 threats. After I quranantine them, I notice windows 7 start up by saying

'{B172d411-c09E.....exe}' cannot be ...

Since there is no program by that name, I assume TDSSkiller found a virus.

But II still can't run any anti virus, such as Malware bytes, or Kaspersky or MSE

And system restore to prev. date was disabled.

What can I do at this point?

There is a ".dll" file still present either in your windows or startup directory. Find the suspected file and delete it.

is there any other options?

You'll spend more time tracking it down than a nuke and restore will take. Honestly, once a system has been compromised trust cannot be restored as you can never truly determine the system is clean. Nuking it from orbit is the only way to be sure.

In the end, turns out I have an image file back in Feb. 2014, nothing have really change since
