Intel E8500 CPU
4Gb RAM


PS I want to use this as a game server what would you recommend and I will be file sharing with my windows 7 machine

Not sure what recommendations you are asking for, but depending on the game/server it seems the machine will run well for what you ask of it.

According to this, http://ark.intel.com/products/33911/Intel-Core2-Duo-Processor-E8500-6M-Cache-3_16-GHz-1333-MHz-FSB, it's a 64-bit CPU. Yes, you can install a 64-bit OS on that machine. 4 GB of RAM, so you're good there.
