JPGs in AA reviews

Someone tell Brent Justice that when you compare god damn AA methods, you post screenshots in a lossless format like PNG, not stinking JPEG! Geez, someone should educate those new guys.

If you are refering to our recent MFAA evaluation, pay attention to page http://www.hardocp.com/article/2014/11/25/nvidia_multiframe_sampled_aa_video_card_review/4 and you will find the pictures were taken with a digital camera. The digital camera takes the pictures in JPEG format. Saving a JPEG to a PNG will not magically add detail. For your information though, I did save the JPEGs in best possible quality with as little compression as Photoshop allows, they are, the highest quality JPEGs, you can get.

Well when you take picture with camera, it's almost worthless for AA comparison so in that case JPG is justified.

Basically yes.....best worst option.
