1) What will you be doing with this PC? Gaming? Photoshop? Web browsing? etc
Mainly gaming [WOW, SC2, D3, LoL], streaming HD videos, browsing, email
2) What's your budget? Are tax and shipping included?
$1,300.00 before taxes/shipping
3) Which country do you live in? If the U.S, please tell us the state and city if possible.
Los Angeles, CA
4) What exact parts do you need for that budget? CPU, RAM, case, etc. The word "Everything" is not a valid answer. Please list out all the parts you'll need.
Building this computer from scratch: CPU, RAM, case, mobo, GPU, PSU, CD Drive, SSD, HD
5) If reusing any parts, what parts will you be reusing? Please be especially specific about the power supply. List make and model.
None
6) Will you be overclocking?
No
7) What is the max resolution of your monitor? What size is it?
When gaming, I am using 24" LCD monitor at 1920x1200. When watching HD videos, I am using a 46" LCD TV.
8) When do you plan on building/buying the PC?
Immediately
9) What features do you need in a motherboard? RAID? Firewire? Crossfire or SLI support? USB 3.0? SATA 6Gb/s? eSATA? Onboard video (as a backup or main GPU)? UEFI? etc.
Do not have any specific requirements for the motherboard
10) Do you already have a legit and reusable/transferable OS key/license? If yes, what OS? Is it 32bit or 64bit?
Windows 8 64bit

Here are the parts I was thinking about:
$85.00 - Antec 900
$200.00 - Intel i5 4590
$140.00 - Asus Z97-A
$165.00 - Corsair Vengence Pro 16GB CMZ16GX3M2A1600C10
$120.00 - Corsair AX760 Power Supply
$120.00 - Samsung 840 Evo 250GB
$60.00 - Western Digital 1TB Blue
$230.00 - EVGA GTX 760 2GB
$15.00 - Samsung DVD Burner
$25.00 - Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo

Please give me any suggestions that you have on making this build better to fit my needs. Thanks!!! :D

I'll come up with a build after work -- I'm on my phone right now -- but here's what you shouldn't use:

Antec 900 - there are a couple of cheaper Corsair cases (230T, 300R) that offer (comparatively) more room to work with.

Asus Z97-A - You're not overclocking with the i5-4590. Either change the processor or change the board. But considering your answer to sticky question #9, you may not need the board.

Corsair Vengeance Pro 16GB DDR3 1600 - Overpriced for your needs.

Corsair AX760 - You don't need that much power. A good 550 watt power supply is more than enough for even a GTX 770.

Thanks tiraides!

I will look into those cases that you mentioned.

I am not overclocking because I do not think I need to for my computer uses... also, I am not confident enough to do the overclocking myself :p

Let me know what you recommend for the other parts.

You'll be fine with this PSU:
$87 - Seasonic G Series SSR-550RM 550W Modular PSU

You're not overclocking nor have you stated any special feature requirements for the motherboard. So you'll be fine with this motherboard:
$88 - Gigabyte GA-H97M-D3H Intel H97M mATX Motherboard

I don't recommend that RAM at all since its tall heatsinks actually interferes with the placement/installation of the Coolermaster Hyper 212 Evo. So go for this RAM:
$158 - Crucial BLS2CP8G3D1609DS1S00 Ballistix Sport 2 x 8GB DDR3 1600 RAM

Case wise, I only recommend the Antec 900 if it's free. It's a really bad case. I recommend any of these other cases instead:
$65 - Corsair Graphite Series 230T Black ATX Case
$75 - Corsair Graphite Series 230T Black w/ Window ATX Case
$100 - Corsair Carbide Series 400R ATX Case
$100 - Corsair Carbide Series 500R ATX Case
$105 - Antec 1100 V2 ATX Case
$120 - NZXT Phantom PHAN-001WT White Full Tower ATX Case
$120 - Corsair Obsidian Series 450D ATX Case
$120 - Corsair Vengeance Series C70 Arctic White ATX Case
$110 - Corsair Vengeance Series C70 Gunmetal Black ATX Case
$120 - NZXT Phantom PHAN-002OR Black Finish w/Orange Trim Full Tower ATX Case
$130 - NZXT Phantom 530 Black Full Tower ATX Case
$130 - Corsair Graphite Series 600TM ATX Case
$130 - Corsair Graphite Series 730T ATX Case
$150 - Corsair Obsidian Series 750D ATX Case
$160 - Corsair Obsidian Series 650D ATX Case
$160 - Corsair Special Edition White Graphite Series 600T ATX Case
$170 - NZXT Phantom 630 Gunmetal Full Tower ATX Case
$170 - NZXT Phantom 630 White Full Tower ATX Case
$190 - Corsair Graphite Series 760T ATX Case
$230 - Silverstone FT02B-USB3.0 ATX Case
$250 - Silverstone FT02S-W-USB3.0 ATX Case
