Odd Outlook/Exchange Issue, one folder is empty but its not

I have outlook 2016 and Office 365 Business w/Exchange.

One of my mail folders is empty in outlook but its not empty when I go to the web outlook. It should have a couple thousand emails in it.

I tried setting up outlook and the exchange account on another computer with the same thing every folder is filled except for the same one.

Any ideas?

Could the messages have been archived? Have you checked your archive folders?
