Custom Built Computer For Under $900

I might be selling my HP laptop in 2 weeks and build a desktop for work and maybe for light gaming. I want to build a computer for around $900 and I have no use for quad core. I want good components in the computer. Here is some information to help you out on the computer components:
1. CPU - Intel i5 600 series
2. Motherboard brand - Asus or Gigabyte. Must contain a good audio chip.
3. Video Card - At least an ATI 5700 series
4. DVD Burner - LG
5. Hard Drive - 500GB
6. Memory- At least 4GB. Must be a good and reliable brand.
7. MidTower Case - Black color and quiet case fans. I'm looking at the Cooler Master Elite 335 and Cooler Master Centurion 534 Plus
8.. Power Supply: A good quality one.
