Threads in Sub'd Threads not marking as read

I go to User CP-
Threads i have read are marked as unread, despite no new content being added (some of which I was the one who posted last).

Chrome.
Tried clearing the cache, reloading etc...

This is working fine for me, checked with some random others, all working. It does not seem to be a site issue.

Browser and plugins being used?
 
Chrome Current Build.
Only plugins are:
Adblock Plus (whitelisted [H] of course])
HoverHound
LastPass

It's also happening across devices. So, if I read a thread on my work computer, it's not marked as read on my laptop, and if I read it there it's not marked as read on my cell.
