The Official I've Been Trolled By Zorgon Thread

Zorgon aka Veach, Darren was noticed for his postings of Radeon 9800's Over and over again, never actually selling them, but claiming it is a different one.

When i tried to trade with him, He would not ship first. He wanted western union payment until i told him the fee was $29.
He then insisted on paypal and that i paid first.
He was already warned on posting 9800's again, but he did so anyway.

well, I think it's official, Zorgon/Lyquist/Darren Veach is a troll.

I just called him up. He talked to me for about 45 seconds before hanging up.
I asked him why he hasn't shipped it yet..
He said that the controller got "messed up".
But when he posted it, he said that it's a brand new xbox which he already packaged up for shipping.
When I told him that it doesn't make sense why he would take out a brand new xbox out of the box to "test it", he hung up on me.

I think i've had 1 email about this problem as well about Zorgon not shipping just recently.
If you have problems post here, i suggest any victims to this guy should Take some sort of legal action.

Wish you could like force everyone to give you guys (the moderators) all their info (name, addy, isp, tele #, etc. ) and then confirm it b4 they are allowed to buy/sell/trade. It seems it would at least stop some of the bad people out there...

I was trolled by him on Gen[M]ay, Stilers got the links posted. TY for the address and phone number. I will try phoning him now.

I told him that I would inform the local police about his activities and he agreed to refund my money. We'll have to see - he claims he's transfering money back to his paypal acct which takes 3-4 biz days.

I'll report back when there's new news.

You might ask him for a screen shot of the paypal transfer because 3-4 days just buys him more time. And when 3-4 are up, just wait he will probably make an excuse for several more days. Next thing you know, you are outside the PayPal window to complain. (I think there is a window)

bought some stuff from him awhile ago, and those two diff transactions went smooth ...even left him positive heat ...but dono whats up with him of late ..maybe he did get smitten by the crack gods....

offered to buy one of his xt's as well, but he said he couldnt ship first ....

I bought a NIC from him. He sent it without a anti-static bag. It was fried. When I told him that, and that it was bad to ship things without AS bags, he said that he never shipped anything with AS bags except memory or very high dollar items. Told me to ship it back, which I did. I forgot about it. A few weeks later, he IMs me saying that he got it, and that it works(I know this to be false). He says that he'll give me $5 to compensate shipping. The whole purchase was only $15 in the first place, so I said what the heck, I'll take what I can get. Never got it, even after being told I would multiple times.

So he has my $15, and the NIC to send to somebody else and scam. Nuts.

He sent me a screen capture of his paypal. So it seems like he's telling the truth. We'll see.

yea he gave me a full refund but i think it was becuz he only wanted people dumber than me who waits for him to actually sell all 5 cards"

if i had all those 9800xts for lower than 300..i would put them in all the computer i have.. even the crappy 500mhz e-machine

Getting your money back is great, but it doesn't teach him a lesson. Call the cops on his @ss anyways, and file whatever charges you can.
